The property is sparsely built on a 20+ acre natural hillside lot. The lushly landscaped grounds are meticulously maintained and adorned with year-around blooming tropical flowers. A sparkling stream and winding walkways cut across the property. A large chlorine-free swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck with a hot tub. A tour desk is also on property to assist you with sightseeing and activities. All the units are two-story Mediterranean townhome style buildings.

Palms at Wailea #901 is an impeccably kept luxury one-bedroom two-bath ground floor villa tucked away in a private and quiet corner of the Palms in one of the nicest locations on the property. Often the only sound you will hear is the waves crashing on the nearby beaches. All the appliances, artwork, bathrooms, and paint have been recently refreshed. For the comfort of our guests the unit is designated non-smoking. Common areas at the Palms are also non-smoking, and non-smoking policy is strictly enforced.

The large spacious unit is approximately 1050 square feet and the wrap-around covered lanai provides another 450 square feet of island-style living space. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a gorgeous and private view of the garden.

The large lanai is perfect for breakfast, mid-afternoon relaxation, or a private dinner. It is surrounded by palm trees and remains in a cool shade all day making it a popular spot for our guests. It is furnished with outdoor furniture, and has two beach loungers suitable for sun bathing in the private grass area in front of the unit.

Keawakapu, Mokapu, Ulua, and Wailea beaches are a short stroll from the Palms. The Wailea beaches have been voted some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
